Who We Are
We are a church located in West Sand Lake, New York.
West Sand Lake Community Church is located in a small town east of Albany in the heart of Rensselaer County. We exist to glorify God by exalting Him and His Word, to equip the saints for Godly living through verse by verse expository preaching and teaching, and to bring the good news of the gospel of Christ to the world.
Andy Craig
Pastor/Elder Andy Craig grew up in Cazenovia, NY. He has a B.S. in aerospace engineering from Syracuse University and worked in the aerospace industry in Palmdale, CA, for several years. After seeing the importance of the local church and the need for a commitment to teaching based on the sufficiency and inerrancy of God’s Word, he pursued a Master of Divinity from The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley, CA. Following his graduation from seminary in 2011, he served as an Associate Pastor of Christian Education at Eastridge Baptist Church in Kent, WA, until he was called to the ministry at West Sand Lake Community Church in September 2019. Andy and his wife Priscilla married in 2005 and have four children: Emet, Victor, Leon, and Evangeline.
