She also worked with Operation Christmas Child, Grief Share, and MOPS. She has recently completed her first book Good Grief – Mourning with Hope written for those struggling with grief.

Her gift design ministry career began in 1998 when she sold her first inspirational gift idea, I Thank God For You, to the Best To You gift company. In 2004, she created the Reunion Heart gift line to comfort grieving families.

Her caring ministry has also extended beyond her church and into the local community through serving as a Marketplace Chaplain in North Carolina in Harnett, Johnston, Durham, and Wake counties.
