We are a church located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
A Family! That’s what a church is—a family of God, a community of like-minded believers in Jesus Christ. Immanuel Bible Church is a truth-driven ministry that seeks to lead individuals and families into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and disciple and build them upon the Word of God. Here, you will be spiritually encouraged and will receive Biblical instruction through the straight-forward preaching and teaching of God’s Word and various ministry opportunities. Through worship, fellowship, prayer, and instruction, we are discovering together the joy of growth in God’s family.
Dr. Curt Lamansky
The members of Immanuel Bible Church are pleased to introduce our new pastor and his family. Curt Lamansky has accepted the call to serve our church. He has been married to Maria for twenty-one years and they have four children, Phil , Drew , Tony, and Beth. Curt comes to us with extensive ministry experience. He taught systematic theology, homiletics, and Bible courses at Northland International University for seventeen years, twelve of which he served as the Dean of the School of Biblical Studies. Additionally he has been an assistant pastor, senior pastor, and church planter serving at both Long Lake Community Bible Church in Long Lake, Wisconsin and Norway Baptist Church in Norway, Michigan.
Curt loves to study the Word, and he loves to spend time with people. His favorite things to do include taking walks or riding bikes with his family, reading, watching sports, and playing board and video games with friends. His goals are to feed the church through Christ-centered expository preaching and thorough systematic teaching. He is burdened for discipleship, missions, and prayer, desiring to see families grow in Christ and to help the church realize that generations Y and Z are the future.
