Who We Are
We are a church located in Roanoke, Virginia.
We regard the Bible as the infallible, inerrant Word of God. We believe that God created man in His own image, that man fell into sin, that Jesus Christ came to save those whom God has called to be His own, and that one day Christ will return again.
We are a Reformed and Confessional church. We hold to the system of doctrine contained in the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms.
Garst Mill is a member of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church.

James W. Clark
James W. Clark is a minister in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church and is pastor at Garst Mill Presbyterian Church in Roanoke, Virginia. He is a graduate of Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Ella, were married in 2004 and have received nine children from the Lord.
