Who We Are
We are a church located in Fairfax Station, Virginia.
Founded in 1970, Fairfax Baptist Temple's primary mission is to Exalt the Lord, Evangelize the Lost, and Edify the Learner. To this end, we strongly encourage church planting and missions by supporting over 280 missionaries and starting over thirty churches. To God be the glory for the great things He has done through FBT.
Pastor Todd L. Abbey
Pastor Todd Abbey felt God’s call to preach at Fairfax Baptist Temple at an early age, graduated from their academy in 1988, and returned to the Fairfax area to pastor FBT in 2016. Pastor Abbey’s desire to see people surrender their lives to Christ, along with his heart for world evangelism and church planting, has taken him throughout the United States and to over 25 foreign countries. He is faithfully carrying forward the mission of Fairfax Baptist Temple to Glorify God and Evangelize the World.
