About Us

The First Baptist Church of Kenmore was founded on November 20, 1920 by 76 believers at the local high school. For the past 90 years, we have gladly shared the Gospel with the Akron area. Today our church's outreach includes ministries for all ages, a Missions Program that supports 60+ missionary families, and the Sowing the Seed radio broadcast that is aired on stations nationwide and reaches nearly a million souls each week.
