We are a church located in Elyria, Ohio.
At First Baptist Church we believe that God has revealed Himself through His inspired Word, the Bible. We believe that God has called us as a church to share the good news of the gospel with our community and the world. Pastor David Burman, Jr.
Pastor David Burman, Jr., is our new lead pastor, beginning Sunday, February 14, 2021. Pastor Burman is not unknown to us, as he served as our youth pastor from 1999 to 2011. For the past nine years, he has served as the pastor of First Baptist Church of Niles, Ohio. Pastor Burman is passionate about reaching the lost in the community and is a strong proponent of discipling members of the church and training leadership for ministry within the church.
