About

Who We Are

We are a church located in Ballymena, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland.

Ballymena Congregational Church is a Bible believing, evangelical, independent fellowship – a member church of the Congregational Union of Ireland and Evangelical Fellowship of Congregational Churches.

The congregation was first formed in 1882. Though small numerically our fellowship is active, lively and friendly.

Our church building (erected in 1896 and modernised over the years) is situated on the corner of Kinhilt Street, off Waveney Road and North Road, not far from Harryville Bridge and the Fire Station. You are welcome to join us at any of the services or activities that make up our regular programme of worship, work and witness throughout the year.

  • We preach from the ESV Bible.
