Who We Are
We are a church located in Tampa, Florida.
Calvary Community Church is located in sunny Tampa Florida. Calvary has taken up the command to go into the world and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and clearly teaches from the Bible in every sermon. Calvary is affectionately known as the little church with the big bark! Calvary's online outreach ministry, named BibleLine Ministries, hosts a YouTube channel and Q&A podcast that reaches all around the world. Calvary is a family church with regular programs for the whole family.
Pastor Jesse Martinez is a graduate of Florida Bible College of Tampa. His passion for souls and dedication to the Bible has been used by God to nourish the Tampa area and many other places via the internet.

Pastor Jesse Martinez
Dr. Martinez placed his faith in Jesus Christ at the age of 12 years old. He dedicated his life to the Lord in 2011 and has been in full time Christian work since 2013. He graduated from Florida Bible College of Tampa in 2017 with a B.S. in biblical studies. In 2024, Dr. Martinez graduated from Solid Rock Theological Seminary with a D.Min.
Dr. Martinez is passionate about the simplicity of the Gospel and clear bible study. His desire is for people to come to the knowledge of their salvation through faith in Jesus shed blood sacrifice at Calvary, His death and resurrection, for the full payment of their sins. He is driven by the Word and desires to be used by God as He sees fit. Dr. Martinez hosts "BibleLine" on YouTube, which is an internet ministry of Calvary Community Church in Tampa, Florida.
He is currently serving as the Pastor at Calvary Community Church in Tampa, which has been his home church since 2004. He and his wife Kyla have one daughter.
