--A Louisiana bill that would make aborting an unborn baby an act of homicide advanced Wednesday as it passed the House Appropriations Committee in a 7-2 vote.

--26 states are likely to restrict abortion according to the Guttmacher Institute, including 22 with what they call anti-abortion laws that would be reinstated or triggered as soon as Roe v. Wade falls.
