As an introduction to Christian ethics, this class will explore the basis and source of ethics as well as the ultimate goal of ethics. We will be reminded of the sufficiency and authority of Scripture in guiding our ethical decisions and find that there are joys and blessings that come with obedience to the Lord. The class will seek to introduce principles and categories for ethical decision making and broaden our understanding of ethics (right and wrong) to include our attitudes and personal character in addition to our actions. We will touch on current ethical issues along the way.
