Rev. James Sharp 5 comments “ Great Sermon! ” This has been deeply encouraging and strengthing to me in the midst of the hardest season of my life yet. In the third year of fulltime caregiving my alzheimers mom in my home, feeling so worn and weary, lacking sleep etc, I have moments of wondering if I am even a true believer. At times with mom's increasingly bad behavior, I've gone out on the porch in early morning hours and said heavenward, Lord, I just can't do this anymore. Yet I go on each day. Your teaching on endurance in the midst of difficult times as proof we are His child is invaluable to me.
